Route des Gerbes d’Angelica wins Mention Kéroul award for 2013 May 15 2013
The Mention Kéroul was awarded yesterday at the Grands Prix du tourisme québécois awards gala, which took place in Gatineau. Congratulations to the 2013 winner, Route des Gerbes d’Angelica, a tourist attraction in the Laurentides region.
As both a unique and magnificent attraction, Route des Gerbes d’Angelica offers visitors 12 theme-based gardens with a distinct musical ambience and programming that stimulates all the senses. Guests can taste and touch flowers, take part in visual and auditory tours and enjoy barrier-free visits of varying lengths, depending on the abilities of each individual. Guides are also available to describe the settings to persons with a visual impairment and to accompany visitors as required when they move around. In a word, the entire team at this non-profit organization has made universal accessibility a priority, thereby meeting the needs of all visitors, young and young at heart, with or without functional limitations. Kéroul's "Gourmet Laughs" Gala is a serious hit!

its take on a Just for Laughs gala—at the Palais des congrès de Montréal, with Gilbert Rozon, founding president of the Just for Laughs Group, as honorary chairman, and with special guest Pascal Bérubé, Minister for Tourism, in attendance.

Kéroul wins the 2012 À part entière prize for Québec

The Office des personnes handicapées du Québec (OPHQ) has named Kéroul the winner of its À part entière prize for Québec. The award recognizes outstanding achievements in promoting the inclusion of persons with disabilities in society and will be handed out as part of the Semaine québécoise des personnes handicapées (Québec's week for persons with disabilities).

Parc national d'Oka receives Mention Kéroul award for 2014

Kéroul has just published a Study on the behaviours and attitudes of people with a physical disability, with respect to tourism, culture and transportation in Québec.
The study findings highlight the importance of this segment of the population in terms of market size, consumption of tourism and cultural products, and economic value. "It is a niche market estimated to be worth more than $1 billion," said Kéroul's Chief Executive Officer André Leclerc. "And, because of our society's aging demographics, it's a fast-growing market."
